Question 1

Is it really free? Do I need to sign up?

Accepted Answer

Yes, it is completely free and there is no sign-up, login or app to install. Choose an occasion, add your name and share.

Question 2

How does the personalised link work?

Accepted Answer

Your name, chosen design, message and language are written into the link itself (for example /birthday/mom?from=Rahul). When someone opens it, the greeting is rebuilt in their browser. Nothing is saved on our servers.

Question 3

Can I write my own message?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Pick “Write your own” in the creator. Your message (up to 300 characters, any language and emoji) is packed into the link, so it never touches a server. Web links are not allowed inside messages, and very long messages can be shared as an image instead.

Question 4

Which languages are supported?

Accepted Answer

The site and greetings are available in English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, Arabic, Hindi and Punjabi. Where a ready-made message is not yet translated, English is shown and you can write your own.

Question 5

Why doesn’t the WhatsApp preview show my name?

Accepted Answer

WhatsApp builds link previews with a crawler that does not run the page’s code, so the preview shows the occasion’s artwork and title. Your recipient sees your name as soon as they open the link.

Question 6

Can I download the greeting as an image?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Tap “Download image” to save a high-resolution 1080×1350 PNG with your name and design. It is created on your own device — perfect for WhatsApp Status or Instagram.

Question 7

What is the AI prompt library? Does it cost anything?

Accepted Answer

It helps you write a detailed prompt for a custom greeting card image that you can copy into any AI tool you like. Copying prompts is free and nothing is sent anywhere; the AI tool you choose may have its own charges or limits.

Question 8

How accurate are the festival dates?

Accepted Answer

Dates are configured per year and per country. Fixed and calculated holidays (like Easter, Thanksgiving or Mother’s Day) are computed exactly; moon-dependent festivals come from official lists where available and are marked tentative until confirmed.

Question 9

Do you track me or the people I send greetings to?

Accepted Answer

No. There are no accounts, no tracking cookies and no share counters. Recently used occasions, favourite designs and your language are saved only in your own browser, and you can clear them at any time.
